Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What size harness should I get for my dog?
A: Measure your dog's chest girth and neck circumference, then compare to the size chart. XS fits small breeds like Chihuahuas; XL fits larger breeds like Labradors. When in doubt, size up for comfort.

Q: Can this harness be used as a service dog vest?
A: Yes! The included patches include service dog and therapy dog options, making this harness suitable for working dogs or dogs in training. Always verify local regulations for official service dog identification.

Q: Is this a good gift for dog owners?
A: Absolutely — the 6-piece set with multiple patches and color options makes it a thoughtful, practical gift for new dog owners, birthdays, holidays, or pet adoption celebrations.

Q: How do I stop my dog from pulling on the leash?
A: Attach the leash to the front clip. When your dog pulls forward, the harness redirects them to the side, naturally discouraging pulling without causing discomfort or choking.

Q: Is the harness safe for puppies?
A: Yes, the XS and S sizes are suitable for puppies and small breeds. The soft mesh interior and adjustable straps ensure a gentle, secure fit as your puppy grows.

Q: How do I clean the harness?
A: Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then air dry. Avoid machine washing to preserve the reflective stitching and patch adhesion.
